Amazon.com announced the expansion of the Kindle Digital Text Platform worldwide, as a result it enables worldwide authors and publishers to sell books in more than just English, to a worldwide audience through the Kindle Store.

Previously, it was only possible to authors and publishers based in the United States to sell their books.  Futhermore, Amazon now allows additional languages, with more to be supported soon.
